698 Pages of Stuff I’ll Probably Never Use

A Treatise on the Manufacture & Distillation of Alcoholic Liquors by P. Duplais, translated by M. McKennie. Facsimile of the 1871 Edition. Edited by David Nathan-Maister.

698 pages of stuff I'll likely never use but needed anyway

Getting some nice copper from Portugal will be cheaper for you when you’re in Spain that it has been for some folks back in the States!

  2. It’s the “probably” part of that sentence that should make you hang on to that book, Jen!:)

Even having an understanding of the process will go a long way and certainly will earn you great respect.

I think rural Spain would be the testing ground for me if I were to try my hand at the recipes in here, but at the very least, I’m happy to keep learning. :)
